Consortium team
The consortium consists of five partners and one linked third party representing a parliamentary network, energy agencies, as well as experts and companies specialized on energy efficiency policy communication and evaluation.
The project partners have all contributed to the preceding EEW projects, through their membership structures representing all EU MS, with an impressive track record of successful research as well as coordination and support projects and the analysis and design of energy efficiency policy instruments
