It contains the detailed evaluation results of 12 NEEAPs that were analysed in-depth within the EEW project, namely Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Romania, Spain, Sweden and the UK.

 

The evaluation of the EEW project is understood as being complementary to the assessment of the National Energy Efficiency Action Plans (NEEAPs) done by the European Commission, as required by the ESD Directive. The resource restraints of the EEW project only allowed to have an in-depth evaluation of 12 NEEAPs.
