  • Stronger Network of Parliamentarians of all levels in the field of energy efficiency and energy savings as well as in related subjects as precondition for a better experience exchange in order to find best possible political and legislative measures, instruments and activities
  • Highlight the importance of and difficulties in implementing national policies. Despite good legislation and ambitious national plans, energy efficiency measures are often not implemented in full. The project aims at highlighting this important link.
